A beautiful blend of Vermentino and white Grenache. For this gastronomical white wine, we do the fermentation inside new French oak barrels for 6 months with a weekly batonnage. The pristine color with silver highlights comes with an aromatic complexity of confit lemons, star anise, almond powder, and poached pears.
