A blend of Syrah and grenache Same selection of our best rows of Syrah and Grenache as used for our Les Cistes wine. Vinified separately then partially aged in French oak barrels for 12 months and in stainless steel tanks (20% in oak barrels). Continued to be aged in the bottle until ready for release. A shinny garnet color, with an expressive mocha, jamy cherries and strawberry coulis aroma. Followed by a delicious minty mouth.
